My Mom, My Super Woman

Happy Birthday, Mom

My name is Courtney, and I am 19 years old. My mom’s name is Betty, and she is 42 years old. She will be 43 years old this month. She has three kids, and raised us all as a single mom. She did it all by herself. My mom has done everything for me. She has been a single mom for years. She struggled for everything she gave us. She did not have everything, and she knew that. She did not care. My mom went through hell or high water to get anything we needed, anything we wanted.

When I was little I never understood how hard she worked for my siblings and me. She worked all day and all night. She sold things, she sold things she needed. I admit I took her for granted. I have no excuses for that. I wish I could apologize in a million ways. Instead, I can only apologize in a few ways.

Now that I am older, I understand. I understand the sacrifices this woman made for her three children. I understand everything. I am now a single mom, and I feel it. I feel the need to give my baby anything and everything. I would give up anything for my little boy. He is everything to me, and I only knew for him four months.

My mom’s birthday is on May 26, and I wrote this for her to read! I wish I could thank my mom in a million ways. I wish I could give her everything she gave me. I wish I could give her more than she gave me. I cannot, but I can say thank you, Mom. I love you to the moon and back! You are everything, and you mean so much to me. You are my superwoman.

All her kids are grown up now. We are all out of high school. My sister and I are now moms. Even though we are grown now she still tries to give us everything we need. We may be in different houses, but her house is still my home. I can go to her anytime I need advice or someone to talk to. She is everything to her kids, and she means so much to a lot of people. She is our rock. She is the person we can lean on.

She is not just a mother; she is also a grandmother. She is a grandmother to three beautiful children. She spoils them so much. She spoils them with her love and kindness. She will do anything for them. She would do anything for them just like she did anything for us.

She is not a ”single” mom now. She is engaged to a wonderful man. I love my mom, and I am thankful to have her as my mom. I would never want a different one. She is amazing in all the things she does.

Mom, I love you to the moon and back. Thank you for everything you have done for us. You are superwoman. Thank you for your sacrifices. I never understood them until now. I never noticed them until now. I am sorry for ever taking anything for granted. You are amazing for what you do. Never give up. You are amazing! Congratulations on your engagement, and happy birthday!

Whoever reads this article; do not take your mom for granted. She does everything in her power to keep you safe. She would walk on the moon if she had to. Love your mom, hug your mom, and say thank you, Mom.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MOM, I LOVE YOU.
