I Am Just a Worthless Stay at Home Mom
A couple years ago I needed to get a job. After looking through the wanted ads and checking out all the job listings in my area, I realized to my shock that I had no marketable skills whatsoever. I was a grown woman in my late thirties and the only place I was qualified to work turned out to be a retail store for little more than minimum wage. You see, I had been a stay-at-home mom for the last 15 years.

When Introverts Get Married
My husband is a hardcore introvert, and so am I. When we were young, one of the things I liked about him was how he liked doing quiet things just like me. I love being married to a guy who runs at the same speed. We have a whole weekend to do what we want? Great. He can play 20 hours of Skyrim while I devour a 500-page novel. Or we can binge-watch the Lord of the Rings movies. Don't have any friends? No problem, we'd rather stay home anyway.

Don't Be Afraid to Love Your Kids
Raising kids has always been hard, but lately navigating parenthood is overwhelming with a side of ridiculous. Kids don't come with instruction manuals; we are all learning as we go. When a struggling parent looks for advice these days, they are bombarded with a massive amount of advice and online articles giving opinions on every detail of parenthood, most of the time contradictory.

More Than Just a Mother
Having kids changes everything. Any mother out there can recall those first moments of motherhood, after their baby was born. In the weeks and months after you become a mother for the first time, your earth tilts on its axis. Your life changes, the way you think changes, your identity changes.
